Mobile App Mgmt

Manage song picker options, Settings feature flags, vocalists, durations, and TTS mispronunciation fixes for the mobile app. Deactivate instead of delete when items are in use.

These sections mirror the mobile app Dashboard tab (home analytics). Reorder with sort order; deactivate to hide a widget without deleting it. Labels here are for admin reference — the app uses i18n keys in metadata.
